One time cleaning rates are valid for the first hour of cleaning additional time is billed for every 15 minutes at $15.00 per 15 minutes.
A $ 36.00 minimum initial cleaning charge may apply to new "weekly customers", depending on the amount of accumulated waste that is on your property. This will cover the first 30 minutes of the cleaning, additional time is billed for every 15 minutes at $15.00 per 15 minutes.
All pet waste is double bagged and taken away at no additional charge.
