We do not work the following days: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. We will return to the regular day the following week.


Yes, please leave your gate unlocked, we won't hop over your fence. You may provide us with a key to the lock or provide us the combination to enter your yard on service days. In the event your gate is locked when we come you will not be credited for the week.Can we work with your dog in the yard? In most cases, yes. We get along very well with dogs. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or if your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog on service days. We won't take un-necessary risks with your dog or our employees.


You will not be charged for a skipped service visit if you call at least 48 hours in advance. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you wil not be charged for those days. HOWEVER; if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not completed. If for instance you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so that you won't be charged.


For a one-time visit payment is due once we have completed clean-up that day. For those with regular weekly service, you will be billed at the end of the month. There is a $10.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 15th of the month following the service. There is also a $25.00 returned check fee.



No, we can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, 48 hour advance notice required to cancel service.



There will be an extra charge for the first service if there has been a lot of accumulation of waste over time.



We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it's the quality of our service that sets us apart from our competition. We're working very hard to make our name mean reliable, high-quality service. We strive to provide perfect service, but if there is ever a time when our service is not completely satisfactory, please let us know right away. We will make it right, either by coming back to re-clean the yard the same day or the next day, or by crediting your account so you won't be charged.


Most of our customers prefer service at least once a week. Other options are available; if you would like to know more about service more or less than once a week, please call us.


We'll work in most types of weather, except thunder and lightning storms can stop us. We will usually work in the rain.
